amazing tangy Warm Quinoa Salad

Super fresh, EASY & tasty!

UNDER 400 Calories & loaded with health fuel to nourish your body. 

  • 1 cup prepared Quinoa (cooked in broth or without)
  • 1/4 of a large avocado
  • 1 tbs dried cranberries
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbs of fresh asiago or parmesan cheese
  • *Optional – ground Pepper to taste

Slice up your avocado. Mix (prepared) Quinoa, avocado & cranberries together. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice & top with fresh cheese & pepper.
