the Green Lantern – Spicy Ginger Apple JUICE

A GREAT way to start a week of cleansing (after a weekend of drinking) is with a delightfully spicy-sweet pick-me-up. I do this with juice! The below is my green lantern recipe for cleansing and detoxing, virtually every ingredient has attributes that help detoxify and cleanse. The added bonus is that it tastes AMAZING. Happy juicing!

JUICE …

2 Apples

3 celery stalks

1 inch of ginger root

1 lemon

1 jalapeño

1 handful of kale

1 slice of pineapple

*Cayenne pepper to taste

Mix.

Add ice and drink DEEP!
