I’ve received a few questions about easy breakfast smoothies. This smoothie is for the super time afflicted, full of antioxidants, FIBER and protein. Throw all the stuff in a blender for a minute and you’re out the door.
- Banana (frozen)- 1
- Blueberries – 1 cup -fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6
- Peanut Butter – 1 tbs
- Almond Milk ( Soy milk or Water) -1/2 cup
