Blackberry-Ginger Infused water

IMG_3572IMG_6147I consume blackberries all year round. Incorporating them into infusing has quickly made them my favorite berry. Blackberries are slightly tart, and at peak have a gentle sweet flavor – always rich in color they provide a beautiful base each time I infuse. Further more they are high in antioxidants. The recipe below is one of my staples and by far the most gorgeous outcome.

What you need

  • 2 blackberries
  • few shaves of fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • What to do

Place all ingredients in a 16 ounce mason jar and muddle. Fill half way with ice (optional). FiIl with water and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. Enjoy! Infused water tastes great for up to 6 days. Refreshing and detoxifying. There is no way to infuse wrong!
