Magic Potions 🍋🍵🌶️

To keep hydrated, I’m all about infusing anything that has a root, but there are a few other fail-safes I use for detox, metabolism boosting and debloating. Here are a few quick “potions” you can practice daily for hydrating health and peace of mind. On any given day, I’m mixing up one of these solutions to start my day. Choose one weekly and adapt it into your daily health regiment.

These are all natural fat burning, metabolism boosting magic.

Ginger tea (6 servings)

  • 1 gallon – water
  • 1 – lemon
  • 4 inches of peeled Ginger root
  • 6 mason jars or water bottles

This potion calls for a bit of prep, it’s a truly an infused anomaly. Slice the ginger into pieces and add to a big pot along with the water, bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool divide water into six mason jars. Slice the lemon six ways and add to jars, fill with ice and refrigerate. (this tea is spicy with a lemon twist – drink in the morning and evening)

HOT water (1 serving)

  • 1 tsp – cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 ounces of water

Mix well, drink every morning before breakfast.

ACV (1 serving)

  • 1 tbs – apple cider vinegar (with mother)
  • 8 ounces water

Mix well, drink every morning before breakfast.
