This one was easy. All kinds of berries are in season! I’ve been creating more smoothies without bananas, though beloved, I don’t always crave the overly sweetness of the ripe. The tartness of the cranberries paired with the light sweet of the strawberries is a nice combination. Add the basil and you get a bit of clean freshness. This smoothie was perfect post-workout. Now try this.
- 5 or 6 Strawberries
- handful of Cranberries
- 1 cup of fresh Spinach
- handful of Raspberries
- 4 Basil leaves
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
Blend all ingredients in the nutri-bullet or blender and add ice if not chilled.
Drink quickly. Enjoy!
