Hummus & Veggies

Chickpeas, please! Hummus is a great appetizer or snack for any time. You can prep a very simple version or add options like chilies, artichokes or spinach. Pairing with bite-size veggies like celery, cucumbers or carrots is a no brainer. Throw in a few pita chips and it’s a real party.

Kale or Spinach Chips

Making your own chips is simple. You just need a little bit of time to watch them bake. 3 ingredients and ALL the flavor. (featured in Tabbalicious)

Roasted Chickpeas

If you’re on the go, roasted chickpeas are an easier alternative to hummus. Easy, flavor-filled with a big crunch. It’s easy to pass a big bowl around. Spice them up or leave them plain, an easy nutritious WIN for the big game.

Pico De Gallo

Maybe my most favorite on the list – prepping your CHUNKY salsa is not only easy but CLEAN eating. You basically chop up a few tomatoes, onions, cilantro, squeeze fresh lime juice and add a little salt to season. To get fancy, add options like corn and mango.

Cinnamon Toast Popcorn

If you’re looking for a salty-sweet guilt-free crunch, popcorn will do the job. Instead of buying a bag filled with extra salt and fake butter – make your own. Prepping popcorn takes less than 10 minutes and a bag of kernels will feed ALL your guests all Superbowl long.

Baby Caprese skewers

Instead of a full cheese plate try mini Caprese snacks. Fresh and only 5 ingredients! You don’t even need a recipe, just stack mini mozzarella balls, fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes on a toothpick and sprinkle with a little olive oil and coarse salt.

Shishito Peppers

Finger food at its best, shishito peppers are full of flavor and only take moments to prep.

Tuna Burgers

Replace red meat burgers with a thick tuna burger. Top with a tomato slice and avocado for a heartier snack.

Spicy Salmon Pineapple Skewers

Sweet and spicy salmon skewers will add a little class to your sporty event. You can bake these quickly in the oven or roast them on the grill if you’re lucky enough to be in the right climate.
