Garlicy Broccoli Rabe

IMG_1198Another super easy CLEAN 5 ingredient recipe that’s under 300 calories.

Garlic Broccoli Rabe

2 bunches of broccoli Rabe

2 tablespoons od Olive Oil

4 garlic cloves (chopped)

1/4 cup of Sliced almonds

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes


  • First to reduce bitterness, add the rinsed broccoli rabe to boiling water for about 3 minutes or until water begins to boil again. Strain and set aside.
  • Sautee garlic and almonds in Olive oil until the garlic is tender and almonds begin to turn golden (it will smell AMAZING)
  • Add strained broccoli rabe and toss adding in pepper flakes.
  • Eat gorgeously!
