Healthy GREEN Hummus
For an afternoon snack – I put all of this in my Magic Bullet and Blended until smooth. Add a little water if the consistency is too thick. I noshed with Broccoli florets, cauliflower & baby carrots.
- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained
- 1 avocado – sliced up
- 1 lemon – just the juice
- cilantro – small bunch
- 2 tbsp garlic olive oil (or plain)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
