With my Magic Bullet, breakfast smoothies are a pleasure at least once a week and common after tedious weekend gym excursions. Ease and efficiency are the most important factors for breakfast on the go. Here are my three EASY go to recipes. All fast, all FILLING and ALL healthy.

1. PB&J (Peanut Berta & Jelly) Smoothie 

  • 1 banana
  • 6 or 7 Strawberries
  • 1 tbs of Peanut butter
  • Half a container plain Greek yogurt
  • Half a cup of plain Almond (or soy) milk

2. Strawberta Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup of Strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 container of plain Greek yogurt
  • Half a cup of Ice cubes

3. Banana BlueBerta Smoothie

  • 1 cup of plain Almond (or Soy) milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups of blueberries
  • Ice cubes

* Add Chia Seeds to ANY of these to add to the nutritional value or change the consistency
