I keep random but interesting colorful things in my refrigerator at all times. Super simple, healthy AND refreshing, something like this has become my post workout staple. The little kick of surprise is the basil – light but fresh.
- 1 half peeled green Apple
- 1 half peeled Mango
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
Blend with ice. I topped with 2 strawberries and flax seeds! Gulp down, Let me know you enjoyed it! #therobertashow
