
- 1 cup of almond milk (any non dairy rice, or soy)
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds, black or white
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 tablespoon peanut butter & co. dark chocolate dreams peanut butter
Super simple – blend the banana, peanut butter & milk (I used my magic bullet) then mix in the chia seeds. Refrigerate at least 60 minutes. I usually refrigerate over night so that they are ready for breakfast. Easy, full of iron and protein breakfast idea perfect for after my morning run. It’s wonderful when the body wants exactly what the body NEEDS.
