125 calorie | Post workout smoothie

Super simple and super healthy. Protein, potassium and plenty of vitamin A and C. Comprised of just the everyday random things I keep in the fridge, drink this smoothie for breakfast, post workout or simply for a snack.

  • 1 big handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 3 tbs plain greek yogurt (i used Fage 0%)
  • sprinkle of sunflower seeds (optional)

Blend spinach, banana, yogurt and strawberries until smooth.

Add ice if preferred.

Sprinkle on sunflower seeds for texture.
