Super simple and super healthy. Protein, potassium and plenty of vitamin A and C. Comprised of just the everyday random things I keep in the fridge, drink this smoothie for breakfast, post workout or simply for a snack.
- 1 big handful of spinach leaves
- 1 banana
- 4 strawberries
- 3 tbs plain greek yogurt (i used Fage 0%)
- sprinkle of sunflower seeds (optional)
Blend spinach, banana, yogurt and strawberries until smooth.
Add ice if preferred.
Sprinkle on sunflower seeds for texture.
