The sun is setting later and the mornings are full of sunshine. My plants are thriving and spring is finally here. After a morning run or even for lunch I look forward to a light, flavorful reprise to keep me going. Smoothies are my most favorite way to sedate myself, I like them creamy and slightly sweet. Blend up one of these easy, filling Tabbalicious smoothies for a quick pick-me-up any day. You can also add protein to any of the recipes.
P.S. Any of these recipes can be meal prepped in advance. Single portion your ingredients into mason jars OR ziplock bags individually and freeze until use.
Peanut Berta & Jelly Smoothie
- 5 or 6 Strawberries
- 1/2 Bannana
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 TBS Peanut Butter
- Ice
BlueBerta Banana Muffin
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 TBS plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Easy Green Smoothie
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 TBS yogurt
- 1/2 Green apple
- 1 cup almond milk
Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
- 1/2 Red Apple
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
Spicy beet smoothie
- 1 medium beet (sliced)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 apple
