Among my favorite foods to juice are lemons and ginger and in addition to that my favorite accent to juice is cayanne pepper. Once I saw this floating around the internet the last few weeks, I thought i’d post here just in case anyone has been afflicted with the flu epidemic sprouting up everywhere.

 

 

Juice 6 fresh lemons

1 bulb of garlic
2 tsp of ginger power  (i juiced half a medium sized ginger root)
2 Tbsp Honey
3 cups of Pinapple juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (i doubled this- for taste)

Drink 1 cup four times a day until symptoms have subsided.
