The smoothest, greenest smoothie

Another post gym smoothie – meal substitute idea. This is a frequent for me, simply because I ALWAYS have these ingredients around the house. The texture of this smoothie is silky velvet, the color VIBRANT and it smells heavenly. You can also add half a green apple if you crave more sweetness. Quick, delicious & healthy. #therobertashow

Banana – 1.5 (ripe – I pre-freeze)

Avocado – 1/2

Spinach leaves – 2 handfuls

Basil leaves – 4

Water – 2 tbsp
