This has become the summer of INFUSING for me. Finally I think I’ve found my perfect combination. Telling you I feel amazing is an understatement. Picking up my high impact cardio – I have been running each weekday morning for about 7 weeks now. I am parched & dehydrated by the time my 2.5 mile run is over. Water saves my body from shock & my mind from overeating. Based on the large amounts I’m consuming I challenge myself to continue mixing up. - Cucumber – 4 or 5 slices – peeled (detox)
- Ginger Root – 1/5 inch sliced (detox)
- Blueberries – handful (antioxidants)
- Jalapeno pepper – 2 slices (cleanse)
- 1 lemon green tea bag
- Water – 8 ounces
