Mason Jar Salad #2 | Strawberry Spinach

by Wednesday, March 1, 2017

Another amazing mason jar salad creation, I’ve made this salad countless times before – this time I put it in a jar. I will say the advantage is – 1. it makes the perfect sized salad and 2. I don’t have to carry a bottle of salad dressing to work. Check out the gorgeous ingredients below, remove and add as you see fit. Remember that the preservation is in the stacking, keep the wet with the wet and the dry with the dry or you’ll end up with a soggy mess. ORDER of ingredients below.

  1. Salad Dressing – 2 tbs (I used, Simply Dressed Ginger Sesame) – but you can make your own, or try a spicy vinaigrette)
  2. cubed beets – optional
  3. cubed cucumber
  4. sliced hard boiled egg
  5. sliced Strawberries
  6. Spinach
  7. crumbled gorgonzola
  8. halved walnut pieces
