
Often enough people ask me to share my gym playlist. It changes frequently according to mood and what i’m focusing my work out on weekly. A cardio playlist is usually a different playlist than a lifting playlist and cardio inside the gym is different from the music I might want to listen to when i’m running outside. I will say a common thread is always GIRL POWER – meaning Beyonce, Britney, RiRi and even Cher. There’s nothing like lifting or running to the relatable aggressive screams of a hurt woman or the melodic independent croon of a magic heroine.
